Sentient Martian dragons have discovered human Internet memes... and teleportation. Now you've been called into action to stop them from getting to Earth before it's too late.
The Meme Life
Meme Dragons is, at its core, a virtual reality wave shooter/dodger. Do your best to shoot the baddies while ducking and diving (not literally diving, of course) out of the way of any projectiles coming your way. It does this well, but that itself is nothing special among the world of virtual reality games. What sets Meme Dragons apart is the story and humour. The tale goes that these dragons have discovered memes from the 2000s (the game is set in the 4000s) and are quite taken with them. Which is why you find yourself under attack by a bunch of memes. The action is fast paced and will soon have you sweating and breathing hard, so if you're looking for a VR game to give you a workout, this one certainly fits the bill.
Great Game, Graphics Could be Better
There's not much that can be said against Meme Dragons. The graphics aren't exactly amazing, and the audio can get a bit grating during combat, but these are insignificant concerns when compared to the positives this game brings. And at a very good price.
